Vincent Potter is a Senior Policy Analyst at North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center, a public service center administered by North Carolina State University. As an analyst, Vincent tracks renewable energy incentives and regulations, grid modernizing technologies, electric vehicles, and power decarbonization. His research focuses on community renewable, grid infrastructure, and power sector operations.
